Use case or problem
In the new Obsidian Update the Setting buttton and the Help buttton has been moved at the bottom of the Left-Side Panel, which has became quite annoying. As to open the Settings or to change the Vault, we have to first open the Left-Side Panel first and then open the required window.
Proposed solution
Either the three buttons can be reverted back to where they were previously. Or, once the Lef-Side Panel is closed/Collapsed, please show the three buttons at the bottom of the left sidebar, as marked in the below image.
