What I’m trying to do
I have a daily notes and many tasks inside it. I created a DataView TaskList to see all of them in one page and it’s look like perfect. I can switch the task status from DataView to Done “x” or ToDo " ". But I want to be able use custom statuses like In Progress “/” and Canceled “-”.
Things I have tried
I also use the Obsidian Tasks plugin. In the Tasks Query View we have context menu on the checkbox to switch the status and it is wery helpful. But Tasks Query view results is single level and still not support nested tasks with indent. The developers of Tasks have been unable to solve this issue for several years now and still haven’t solved it. That’s why DataView tasklist is more comfortable for me.
My question
Is there any way to extend the capabilities of the DataView tasklist and add a context menu of Tasks or any another plugin to change the task status to the one I need?
