Separte spellcheckDictionary from app.js

Use case or problem

Now all words added to the user dictionary is added to app.js

This collection has no connection with app settings.

I am using GIT and work on two computers. Many times I’ve got a conflict in this field.

Proposed solution

Move spellcheckDictionary to another file.
