Search result sometimes highlight with offset bug

Steps to reproduce

Search for exact terms. Click on the search result to highlight the texts in the editor.

Expected result

Highlight searched words without offsets.

Actual result

Sometimes it will show the results with the highlights offset from the search keyword. It’s hard for me to replicate this but I manage to get this bug during my work and took a screenshot.

Environment

  • Operating system: Win10
  • Obsidian version: v0.8.0

I think this was due to the results not doing a refresh after I made some edit to the file.
