i have minimum 20 documents with the word “hugo” but when i search for hugo on the system, nothing comes up. same with at least 7 other search terms. haven’t found one that works yet. anything i could do to fix this?

Can you post a screenshot of the search text and the results you are getting? Something like

Activate the “Explain search term” button (question mark icon) to verify if what is being searched is what you want.

Deactivate the “Match case” button to make the search case insensitive. Maybe you’re searching for “hugo” but “Hugo” is capitalized in your notes.
