Search for "whole-word" does not work

Search for “whole-word” does not work; it always returns compound words as well.

For example, searching for “cat” would return not only cat but catalogue, duplicate, etc.

Steps to reproduce

Just type a word in the search field.

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]

Expected result

to return only the results with the whole-word cat.

It seems to be broken only for filenames not the content

Ok, I double checked this. This is intended behavior right now (whole word to only apply to file content)
