When scrolling a note either with the scroller on the mouse or using the cursor keys will often produce a partial refresh of the note window (see attached image 1). It happens about 25% of the time and I cannot work out a pattern for it. When I place my cursor into the area it might refresh the whole note, or just a line or part of a line.
In addition sometimes lines appear to be badly rendered. When I place my cursor in the line it will correctly re-render the line (see attached image 2).
Having a note sufficiently long to enable scrolling.
I have found using the scroll-wheel on the mouse the most likely time to generate this issue.
Scroll up or down a few times (it doesn’t have to be far).

I am using the standard release of Obsidian (v1.3.5). I have tested this in sandbox mode, with addons turned off, using default font, using the default theme, turned off css snippets. I have tested it on two windows computers (one 10 Home, other 10 Pro). It behaves the same in all instances.
I will get a display like in attached image 1.
Sometimes it will only affect some lines, like in attached image 2.
The right hand display of attached image 1.
