Save the settings of the local graph map

Oh I maybe just realized. Is it related to when you switch workspaces?

Saving workspace should save graph view settings and state

Currently, the graph view settings are not saved as part of the workspace. For example, when working on a topic I liked to have the graph view filtered to a certain tag. I think it would make sense for this to be saved along with other workspace specific things.
