Steps to reproduce

Click “Expand” on right sidebar.

Expected result

Right sidebar extends by a small amount (e.g. 1/4 width of screen) and shows excerpts of text from other notes containing linked or unlinked mentions of currently active pane.

Actual result

  • Right sidebar extends across whole screen, up to Left sidebar.
  • Text from current note is underlaid on sidebar, one character per line. When only one pane is open, correct sidebar text is overlaid on mangled current note text:

  • When two panes are open (vertically split), two sidebars open on top of one another, and it is not possible to read or navigate either:

Environment

  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Obsidian version: 0.7.4 (was also present in previous version)
  • no custom CSS

It seems that as some point you made the right sidebar huge and now it covers everything else.
You can resize it to make it smaller

Hover over the border and pull it to the right.
Be careful not to select the left sidebar.
