I try to reset my password.
I have followed the link “reset my password”, entered my email address and clicked on “Reset password”.
But I am not receiving a reset email. I have checked that my email address was correct. I also looked in spam.
What should I do ?

First of all, please make sure you understand that this forum (forum.obsidian.md), and your Obsidian app account (obsidian.md for Sync, Publish, etc.) are different accounts. They are not related to each other. So if you signed up with a different email, or didn’t create an account, that might explain the problem. Also, make sure you’re typing the email exactly.
It might be best to send an email to [email protected]. If you do send them an email, make sure you let them know which account you’re referring to:
Provide this information in the email you write: Which password are you referring to? This forum (forum.obsidian.md), or your Obsidian app account (obsidian.md for Sync, Publish, etc.)? Where specifically are you clicking “Reset password”?

It was for my Obsidian app account (Obsidian.md).
