Up to a point, [[link]] can do that but it’s mandatory to create a note

Just a quick note: if you’re using sentence-level blocks, you don’t need to create a file for it to work. [[You can just link a sentence like this]], and then you’ll be able to use the exact phrasing/transclude it elsewhere.

He’s explained his method at length several times, you should be able to find it.
