Request for Refund for Auto-Renewed Subscription

Hello,

I’ve been a loyal Obsidian user for two years and recently noticed that my subscription was automatically renewed for another year. However, I’ve decided that I won’t be using this subscription moving forward, and I’d like to request a refund as the new subscription period hasn’t started yet.

Could you please let me know if it’s possible to cancel the renewal and receive a refund? I’d also appreciate guidance on how to ensure the auto-renewal is disabled to avoid future charges.
