Thank you for checking the synthetic note. Could you share which specific structures in it trigger the problem, and whether there is a supported workaround that keeps the Markdown file in the vault? If this needs an Obsidian fix, is there an issue or release we should watch? I can test a smaller synthetic variant if that would help.
