Renaming Bases view does not update its name in the embeds

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a Base
  2. Embed the base in a note (![[Untitled.base#Table]])
  3. Rename the view

Expected result

The embedded view should be renamed to ![[Untitled.base#updated_name]]

Actual result

The embed remains unchanged.
