Removing time values from Date & time properties clears entire value

This may get done if/when we implement a custom date picker.

Use case or problem When selecting a date in a note’s properties, a date picker appears. The current on seems to be inherited from Chrome, which means it does not fit with the rest of the interface (similar to the old PDF viewer). I don’t think it can be modified using CSS snippets, but I could be wrong.
