Remote image not update

What I’m trying to do

  1. update an image to my picture hosting
  2. use it in , ![test][https://example.com/abc.png] for example
  3. replace the previous image with a new one, but keep the link not changed, https://example.com/abc.png in this case
  4. image not change in obsidian

Things I have tried

  1. reopen tab
  2. reopen obsidian
  3. rebuild vault cache
  4. restart OS

All actions above is not working. What only works is deleting the cache folder manually which located at C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\obsidian on Windows.

In addition, this situation can be reimplemented stablely in my computer.

It is found that C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\obsidian\Cache\Cache_Data\data_3 is the keypoint. Once I delete it and reopen obsidian, everything just goes fine.
