Obsidian can remember edit mode when switch to new note, but seems it doesn’t work on daily note, every time I open daily note it always will be change to editing mode but not my last mode. some times I really what stay in reading mode.

I’m not seeing this behavior. I use the Periodic Notes community plugin, but I installed the core Daily Notes plugin in the sandbox vault, created today’s note, put it in Reading Mode, navigated to a different note, and returned, and the daily note was still in Reading Mode.
If you just return, the reading mode will not change, BUT if you use open daily note toggle on the sidebar, reading mode will become edit mode, you can give it a try
