Relative links don't work when subfolder name starts with "." (dot)

Version: Windows, v0.12.3

Description:

When pointing Obsidian to a subfolder according to
Files & Links > Default location for new attachments > Subfolder name,
the link doesn’t work when the subfolder name starts with “.” (dot)

Improving this would be great for migrating away from other apps such as Quiver.

everything that starts with . is considered hidden in Obsidian (this is the convention in many OS). We are not going to change this.
