Hello, I would like to perform a refund.
My subscription had auto-renewed and/or switched to the yearly plan and I had no idea about this. I would like to either receive a full refund or switch to the monthly plan and be refunded the remaining time.
Is this possible?
If you are still in the refund window you can do so from your Account page at My account - Obsidian under “Invoices & Refunds”.
If you are no longer in the refund window you might still get a refund, please send us an email to [email protected] in that case.
