Referencing Devonthink image files using custom URIs

What I’m trying to do

I’m trying to reference Devonthink images in an Obsidian note using Devonthink’s custom protocol, something like this <img src="x-devonthink-item://5D5AB901-BCA8-4A9C-93D4-AB40236DE26C">

I appreciate it’s probably a stretch but is it possible to make this work?

I know I can use a markdown link but I’m trying to make a note’s image content viewable in both 15-01-2025 & obsidian and this seemed like a good way to do it.
