Steps to reproduce
Deactivate the Tab Title Bar
Expected result
The read/edit mode icon and the “3 dot” menu should still appear top right in the note.
Even better if the read/edit icon appeared on the tab itself.
The 3-dot menu doesn’t matter because it’s still there if you right click the tab.
Actual result
The read/edit mode icon and the “3 dot” menu disappear.
