Things I have tried
Tried toggling off custom CSS formatting.
Is this an expected behavior, a bug, or something wrong on my end? Thanks!

For some reason, the indent bleeds into the next paragraph.

For some reason, the indent bleeds into the next paragraph.
After playing around with “preview” mode, the problem seems to be that I’m not adding a line of space between the quote and the following paragraph. (Compared to @lostinbase’s example, the last sentence is on line 6, not on line 7). I assume this is a markdown thing? That’d be a big bummer, because adding a double space every single time seems rather tedious.
(What happens if I go on preview mode)

To create paragraphs in Markdown, use a blank line to separate blocks of text. Each block of text separated by a blank line is treated as a distinct paragraph. (Basic formatting syntax - Obsidian Help)
This bothered me when I first learned Markdown, but I got used to it.
