Steps to reproduce
- Create a file with the following contents:
- Parent
- Child 1
- Child 3
- Child 4
- Child 2
- Child 5
> Quote
- Open preview and notice list layout
- Return to the editor and remove the new line between line 6 and 8.
- Open preview and notice the list has collapsed and list item bullets are now rendered as their plain text version

The quote not to affect the list above
