Steps to reproduce
Visit a Publish page and start to quickly navigate by clicking on the sidebar links. At some point (probably has to do with cached vs uncached requests being faster/slower) you will see outdated note content. The title will be correct, same with the TOC, but the note content does not match.

Expected result
I would always expect to see the note content corresponding to the current page.
Actual result
I sometimes see the wrong/outdated (in terms of navigation history) note content.
