I’m trying to add the QuickAdd community plugin to a vault. I just added it to a different vault yesterday. Today, when I search community plugins within Obsidian, it’s missing.
Things I have tried
I also searched the plugins list in a web browser and can’t find it. The only search hit is the Triggers plugin that refers to QuickAdd in its description. I was able to find the plugin page by following the link from the vault where it is installed. The plugin page is there but the “Add to Obsidian” button is grayed out. There’s nothing that I can see on the page that indicates any kind of status update for the plugin.
Hey @NathanA, sorry about this, and thanks @rigmarole for linking the issue!
This one was on my end. A QuickAdd release didn’t get published properly, so the plugin’s manifest pointed at a version with no downloads. Obsidian couldn’t install it and took it out of the plugin list until that was sorted. It was fixed on September 19, and QuickAdd has been listed ever since.
I just checked again in a fresh vault on Obsidian 1.13.7. Searching for QuickAdd under Settings → Community plugins → Browse finds it, and Install and Enable both work (the current version is 2.28.0):
The Add to Obsidian button on the plugin page works again too. If QuickAdd still doesn’t show up for you, restart Obsidian so it fetches a fresh plugin list, and let me know here
