Quick way to insert a link [[... by searching headings across files]]?

What I’m trying to do

I’m trying to insert a link to a heading, but I’m not sure where the heading is.
If I do [[file# heading search]] it will work within a file
I’m trying too [[… search headings across files ]]

You can type [[## to start searching for all headings in a vault.

To search for headers across the entire vault, use the [[## header]] syntax.
