I don’t know how to make work the plugin “List Callouts” with the icons. Do I need to use other plugins? I have tried with “icon shortcodes” and with “icon plugins” and I have not gotten it to work.
I’m probably missing something very basic so I would appreciate someone’s help

The icons it uses are based on different symbols, i believe they can be edited in the settings page for the plugin, but they don’t render in source mode, only live preview or reading mode
the icons i’m aware of are: & ? ! ~ @ $ %
More can be added, and the icon of any can be changed in the settings menu
