Let me show with the screenshot. As you can see, when question mark icon is selected, it’s grey instead of white.

This doesn’t look like the default theme. Are you using the default theme?

That is not the default icon. Can you post a screenshot of the help vault?

You are right, In the help vault looks fine! Maybe it is a leftover from some plugin or theme?

How can I reset my original icons?
