Properties count in status bar persists even after closing the note

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a vault with the properties view core plugin enabled.
  2. Take notes with several properties.
  3. Close all tabs.

Reproducible in the sandbox vault. This issue is related to the properties view core plugin.

Expected result

When there are no active notes, the properties count should reset to zero.

Actual result

The properties count remains unchanged from the last activated file, while the word and character counts reset to zero.
