What I’m trying to do
Trying to find these functions as listed on this page:
“The Properties view plugin adds two sidebar views that you can use to manage Properties:”
Not sure which sidebar is being referenced, but I see neither File properties nor All properties in Settings or app sidebar.
Expected Behavior
Properties core plugin appears in discrete Settings > Core plugins sidebar section:

Toggling Settings > Core plugins > Properties views
