Please see attached .gif video, which showing the scrolling bar jumping around when I’m scrolling in the edit area.

Please, resubmit this bug report with default theme (no css) and no third-party plugins enabled.
I tried. If turn on plugin safe mode + set theme to “none”, there’s no problem.
But when I switch almost any theme(e.g. minimal), “jumping round” happen again. Especially when there are pictures in markdown file.
