Is it possible to preview content like image or another note which are linked with standard markdown links in editing mode? Why this is feasible for wiki links but not for markdown link?

I’ve been thinking about this today and wondered the same thing. It hadn’t occurred to me until I was attempting to add wikilink functionality to Eleventy that the far easier solution would be to make typical markdown links display the autocomplete modal when typing. That would also help future-proof my notes.
