Steps to reproduce
- open the sandbox
- open the Star Here note
- locate the cursor at the end of the title line in the editor
- type “111”, so the title now looks like: Star Here111; You can also notice that the title bar above has changed accordingly, from Star Here to Star Here111
- now press ESC key. The title in the editor now changes back to “Start Here”. However, the title bar still shows “Star Here111”.
