Steps to reproduce

Open Web Clipper Settings
Click General
Select Press enter to add a vault
Nothing happens

Expected result

Be able to add another Vault

Actual result

Nothing

Environment

Windows 11 - Chrome Browser
Version 148.0.7778.179 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Nothing happening here
