Possibility of having a list of favorite files

I am looking for a way to tag certain files as favorites and to be able to access them quickly in a list, maybe in a “bookmark” pane, in the file explorer

The Starred plugin offers this. It’s a core plugin, built into Obsidian. It may need to be enabled in Preferences → Core Plugins.

Or, if you don’t want to use a plugin, why not put them in a “Favorites” folder and then you can just create a note with an embedded Query like:

path:Favorites
```

Or just tag those few notes and do an inline query for the tag. No need for a plugin.

thanks, I looked for plugins on website but di not think to look into the app.

a good idea.
The pugin is ok for me but if I try your solution, I’ll prefer use tag than path
