Steps to reproduce
- Open sandbox vault
- Open “Settings > Community plugins”
- “Exit Restricted mode”
- Browse for and install any plugin that has settings configured (e.g. Dataview)
- Close Community plugins browser/window
- Enable newly installed plugin in the settings window community plugins list
- Click ellipse menu next to plugin
