I built Copy for Email to solve one specific problem: Obsidian notes often lose their formatting when pasted into email, Word, and other rich-text editors.

  • Preserves headings, tables, callouts, highlighted code, and task lists

  • Converts Mermaid diagrams, math, and SVGs into images

  • Embeds images from your vault

  • Uses inline styles compatible with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Microsoft Word, and other rich-text editors

  • Includes clean plain text for Slack and messaging apps

  • Copies either a selection or an entire note
