I could not find any updates on this issue on the forum.

Sort by date would be great for the list of community plugins. Though, sorting (at least by name) is even more essential in the list of Installed plugins (under Third-party plugins) and in the list of installed plugins (Plugin options) in the sidebar of the settings window; it is really annoying to need to eyeball the full list every time I’m after changing some setting in one plugin.

Will there be (has there been) a fix for this?
