Please put vault name back in title bar

With the advent of version 1.0.0 (Congratulations! I like it!) the name of the open in-focus Vault no longer appears in the title bar. In MAC OS, I either have to click ‘Window’ to see which Vault is open, or scroll to the top of the index pane. Used to be right ‘there’ when I needed it.

I think you can go to Preferences > Appearance > Window frame style to get back what you want
