Performance dagradation

I recently downloaded the latest macOS version (Obsidian-1.8.10) and the performance is noticeable worse than the previous version I had (Obsidian-1.5.8, installed from Obsidian-1.5.8-universal.dmg)
Panning and zooming is lagging and stuttering, even with a fairly simple graph.

I’m on macOS Ventura 13.7.5, 32 GB RAM using intel iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)

No, idea. We 1.5.8 is quite old and we haven’t had complains from Mac users all this time.

I am not sure if you read the troubleshooting guide, but I suggest you begin there.

Yeah, I’ve read the troubleshooting guide, but it starts with install the latest version, and that where my troubles started.

I use files locally, I don’t use any community theme, and I use a single community plugin (better export pdf), but no update for this. Disabling it doesn’t fix the issue.
I copied some of my canvas content to the sandbox vault, same performance problem.

Is there anything else I should check?

Yes, open a new bug report, follow the template, and attach (or send me a DM) with a link to one of the canvas files where you can reproduce the problem in the sandbox vault.

I just going to have to obfuscate the content, because it’s something I’m actively working on, so it’s private.
