PDF Fit to Width doesn't automatically update to changing tab size when in a new full-screen window

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a pdf and a note
  2. move these both to a new window
  3. put them side by side
  4. Full screen the window
  5. Change pdf to ‘fit to width’ setting
  6. Move the vertical bar across

Expected result

the pdf resizes to the width I specified.

Actual result

the pdf stayed the same size

It seems to work when the window is not full screened.

Full screen is not needed. it just happens in new windows.
