Pasting Images reuses a `cached` version of the image instead of the new one

  • Open Obsidian, Open an image in Chrome.
  • Copy the image in chrome and paste it in obsidian (ctrl-c\ctrl-v)
  • delete the image in obisdian.
  • In chrome, open a NEW image and and copy\paste it in obsidian.

Obsidian shows the OLD image and not the new one.

NOTE: If you copy\paste N images and then delete\move them. When you try to paste new images, you won’t get to see anything new until you have pasted N+1 images.

Will be fixed in 0.8.5\6
