Hi as a begginer it is great for me to start my journey. I want to ask something maybe I couldn’t find how can I do it but I’m working in a startup and we have 3 different product when I’m sending the offer I want to add vault but when I add contact I add workstation note as a tag. How can I see the workstation not under that contact or do I have to crate different kind of note
Dear @Yurcee ,
might I ask that if I would use Dusks Vault, there are many things to be performance optimized?
I’m quite new to Vaults with that many plugins and I’ve always avoided them to take things simple, but I cannot deny the appeal and thought process @Dusk put into this.
I’d like to try it now, does it need optimisation from the startup or do you have any tips or tricks on how to handle Vaults with a huge amounts of plugins and make them work long term?
The things you write and describe seem like alot of work and most stuff like deleting folder from Windows/Roaming are things that would’ve taken me days to find out and solve. Hence why I’m cautious.
It was long-winded what I scraped together indeed and I admit it looks a bit intimidating.
Just stay away from the 3 CSS solutions by Efemkay, who is admittedly too busy to optimize the snippets for now.
Oh O don’t knoI what you have scraped together, i have only downloaded the orgiginal Vault from Dusk’s GutHub Page. I’ve read the last post I quoted and there was only the link for the Minimal CSS GH Page.
So I didn’t knew if and where there was a link to your optmized solution.
I’ve played a little bit with Dusks Vault and I definetly haven’t understood all it’s functionality and the depth of thought, but i assume it is passionatle finetuned and stil to be discovered by myself when i have the time.
I’m just cautious to not all in on a not maintainable Vault - or a Vault that I’m not cabable to maintain.
And it was a little sluggish on my Desktop so I didn’t yet use it on my surface tab which is my main devce.
Don’t use the 3 FMK snippets, try to use the plugin mentioned for multi columns.
Then the Image Toolkit plugin that I saw taking 6 percent out of the CPU is not even an integral part of the setup, but I offered an alternative plugin with the same functionality.
