Overwriting mode doesn't turn off with vim key bindings

Hello. I’m working in Vim mode. At some point, the cursor in move mode (when I press Escape) started blinking and acting like Replace mode. Pressing Insert doesn’t help, nor does rebooting or toggling Vim mode on and off.

Please help, how can I fix this?
