Overriding hotkeys in Obsidian, Windows 11

Hi, I am new to Obsidian and I am trying to learn new tricks here and there. Is there a way to override a hotkey in Obsidian? For example, I want to assign Ctrl + E to move a note into a folder but by default this key conflicts with “toggling reading view”, which I think is quite useless for me.

In Settings > Hotkeys, you can delete an assigned hotkey and then apply it to another process.
