Obsidian would be the perfect PKM app if it would support outlining like Logseq and Roam Research
Especially when taking notes in class Outlining like in Roam is really useful.
Roam and Logseq are block-based database outliners. Its a completely different program design. So I doubt it’s possible to make Obsidian equivalent.

I know it’s not possible to make an equivalent.
But maybe too make the outlining a bit more comfortable
Try the outliner plugin, see if it is enough for your needs. obsidian://show-plugin?id=obsidian-outliner

Can you pls provide the css to change the colour of the bullet points
And maybe to customize the look when it’s collapsed
