I have searched but may have missed a post. Renaming obsidian.css has no effect except to switch back to Inter from Clear Sans (much easier on the eye in English).
Outline folds in preview., not in view. There is also a bug in preview.

BUG PREVIEW (Not OK folded at C: C text folds but D does not)
Thank you White Noise. I have edited my post as below to explain what happened.
The problem I found is that an outline folds in edit, but not in preview. This may be because I do not know how to fold it in preview. There also appears to be a folding bug in edit. I have tried to explaini it below, but it may be my misunderstanding of how folding should work.
I am not able to record a video of what I did at the moment but to clarify I entered:
β# Aβ (in line 1)
β# Bβ (in line 2)
β## Cβ (in line 3)
βcβ (in line 4)
β### Dβ (in line 5)
βdβ (in line 6)
EDIT (unfolded)
This shows what I typed into a blank edit screen

This is what appears in the edit screen after folding at B (this was as expected)

PREVIEW (not foldable)
This is what appears in the preview. There was no way of folding that I could see (this was not as expected)

EDIT BUG (Not OK folded at C: C text folds but D does not)
This is what appears in the edit screen after folding at C. The text under under C (entered as βcβ in line 4 has folded away (this was as expected). D and its text (entered as βdβ) have not folded away (this was not as expected).
