Outline Core Plugin to show current location

Use case or problem

Can the Outline show or highlight current location? I can click on headings in the Outline and it brings me to location. Great!

But conversely, I would like if the current header was being highlighted (similarly to Word) as I navigate through the text. It is hard to tell which Header I am currently editing in longer notes.
