Something that irks me about the obsidian (local)graph view is that tags and orphan notes don’t seem to have a path. I mean that is reasonable, but I wish they wouldn’t get sorted away when I add a filter query to the graph.
I tend to work within a folder when I’m studying a particular topic and so for convenience sake, I filter graph nodes to show just nodes inside the folder. But when I do this, I lose the orphan notes, tags and empty notes. This happens in both global and local graph.
