Additional information

• I noticed the new version v.1.8.9 did fix the list error in someway but the list still broken in other way.
• The reason I need this is to put the list inside a callout.
• I tried to manually change the number but it won’t let me.

The first one is the list is not correctly ordered.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create multi-level numbered list.
2. Select everything then trigger command “Toggle blockquote”.

Expected result

Expect that just “>” is inserted to the start of each line.

Actual result

Editor inserts “>” with increased number to the start of each line.
